IPv6 readiness check. Wondering if there is any problem if I want to have a website with IPv6 address at a hosting provider. The answer is no. Few hosting providers are offering IPv6 hosting service. Domainname registrar such as GoDaddy also supports dns configuration with IPv6 addresses. The registrar can put IPv6 glue record into TLDs dns data. New website can be access via IPv6 without the need of IPv4.
On the infrastructure side, BIND9 and sendmail now support IPv6. All common operating systems now support IPv6 already.
As a Java and Obj-C developer, I found that both languages now support IPv6.
